Feeling Better
As you have all read I have had a few bumps in the road lately. I have gained my energy back and now just concentrating on gaining some weight back. (which by the way, I never in a million years thought I would be saying I need to gain weight but here I am). I had a CT scan done that gave us a snap shot of the last 11 months. No new growth and stable disease. May be the cancer just died???? I need to get a PET scan. I would be interested to see what it says. My brother Jeff from Alabama and my sister from up north are visiting. It is nice to hang out. I started to exercise again yesterday. I went on a 40 min walk and today did 30 min yoga. I had a 2 year old Birthday party for Tyler yesterday. I love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hey you! Did I tell you how incredibly awesome you looked today!!! Hallelujah, is all I can say. You my friend are a walking testimony to our Lord's faithfulness! I am so excited that you are feeling better!! I can't wait to hear the results of a pet scan! Praying hard that those tumors have been defeated like the mighty Goliath. Talk to you soon!!

Oh, by the way, us girls were saying you should hang out with us more in the morning after drop-off - you will have no problem gaining that weight... Market street is making bucks on us so far this year!

YEAH Val! You are doing awesome! I am so glad to hear you are feeling like your normal, spunky, self! Osil, is right, come with us to breakfast...the pounds will sneak up on you before you know it!!! The other day, Tami and I had a full lunch and on the way out decided we NEEDED something "sweet"...before you could blink your eyes, we were back at the table with dessert!!! Soooooooooooooooo bad!!!
Val, you are always in our prayers...the whole church was praying for you yesterday...literally, the whole church!!! And we know that our Lord is working His plan for you out as we speak...and that complete healing is on its way! This glorious latest news is just a glimpse of what our Father has in store for you!
Lord, we pray for our sweet, sweet Val, that You continue to pour your grace upon her and her family...that You protect her body from all possible infection...and heal her completely Lord! That You hold those three beautiful boys in the palm of your hand and shower them with nothing but quiet hearts and peace. That You heal Chris and his stomach! We pray for all of this...knowing that You will answer according to your plan and in your time...please grant peace and patience as everyone waits to see the work only You will complete!
